Our prices start from 33€. The final price depends on the pickup address, the number of passengers, and the desired vehicle type. All prices are fixed – with no hidden fees. You can see the exact price during the online reservation.
Is luggage included in the price?
Yes, standard luggage is included in the price. If you have oversized luggage or an unusually large number of bags, please let us know when booking so we can send a suitable vehicle.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure guaranteed availability. Short-notice bookings are also possible depending on availability.
How can I pay?
Payment is made either in cash or by card directly in the vehicle. Online prepayment is currently not available.
Can I choose the vehicle myself?
Yes, when booking you can choose between different vehicle types: limousine, station wagon, van, or luxury (Mercedes E-Class) – depending on your needs.
Is the exact address serviced?
Yes, our drivers pick you up directly at the specified address whether it’s your home, hotel, or office. Please provide the exact address when booking.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide child seats free of charge. Please select this option when booking online.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight arrival in real time. In case of delays, the driver will wait for you at no extra cost. Please provide your flight number when booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are free up to 12 hours before pickup. For later cancellations, a fee of 50% of the fare applies. Please contact us directly for last-minute changes.
Are airport transfers available around the clock?
Yes, our airport taxi service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including Sundays and holidays.
Is there an option to contact support by phone?
